Technical Product Owner (AI & Agentic Systems) Junior

We are hiring a full-time, remote Technical Product Owner (AI & Agentic Systems) Junior— an early-career, execution-focused role for someone who wants to grow by working on real products from day one.

You will help turn ideas into actionable steps, coordinate with teams (including developers), and support the delivery of AI-enabled features. Curiosity, ownership, and comfort using modern tools — especially AI — are more important than years of experience.

This form helps us understand your projects, problem-solving approach, use of AI tools, and ability to operate in fast-moving environments.

Our offer

We offer three starting monthly compensation options for this Junior level position:

A) 20,000 INR

B) 25,000 INR

C) 30,000 INR By completing this questionnaire, you’ll be asked to indicate which of these three options you fully accept as of today.

At the end of the internal evaluation, the finance team will decide which compensation level to assign to this position. If the level you indicate is higher than the one established for this role, your application will be automatically rejected.

Remote Work Expectations

Working remotely with Figmenta requires a serious and professional approach.

Beyond your technical skills, we place a high value on qualities like punctuality, strong focus during work, clear communication, and seamless adherence to our internal remote work policies. You’re expected to have the necessary equipment to complete your tasks efficiently and to maintain a distraction-free work environment.

Working hours

The working hours for a full-time position are 8 hours per day from Monday to Friday, starting from 12 PM IST, to accommodate the different time zones between the European and Asian teams. Figmenta allows up to 2 hours of breaks daily for all your personal needs, and you can request switches and compensations whenever necessary.
