Step 1: Candidate ProfileThis is where you are now. You’ll complete a very short questionnaire where we ask you a few direct questions to better understand your current situation and expectations. In some countries, these topics are usually discussed at the very end of the process, but at Figmenta we prefer an Anglo-Saxon approach: addressing them right away. This way, both HR and candidates save time and enter the first interview with a clear understanding of the employment framework with no surprises and no wasted time.
