Our offer

For this position, we provide several compensation tiers starting from 20,000 INR/month up to 50,000 INR/month.

Please select carefully the compensation level that reflects what would make you genuinely satisfied today, based on your market value and years of experience.

At the end of our internal evaluation process, the finance team will determine which compensation tier is appropriate for this role.

If the level you indicate is higher than the one established for this position, your application will be automatically rejected.

It is extremely important that you enter your true minimum expected compensation, because if at any point during the process (whether in an interview or by email) it becomes clear that your actual expectation is higher than what you stated here, your application will be immediately discarded.

Remote Work Expectations

Working remotely with Figmenta requires a serious and professional approach.

Beyond your technical skills, we place a high value on qualities like punctuality, strong focus during work, clear communication, and seamless adherence to our internal remote work policies. You’re expected to have the necessary equipment to complete your tasks efficiently and to maintain a distraction-free work environment.

Working hours

The working hours for a full-time position are 8 hours per day from Monday to Friday, starting from 12PM IST. Figmenta allows up to 2 hours of breaks daily for all your personal needs, and you can request switches and compensations whenever necessary.

Application workflow

1st step: Invitation to complete this initial questionnaire

2nd step: If you pass the selection, you’ll have an interview with our Director.

3rd step: If the interview goes well, you’ll receive an economic proposal.

4th step: If you accept, we’ll move on to an in-depth skills assessment with the Figmenta Dev Team (which could be a 2-day trial or a trial week).
