Junior Creative Video editor -(full-time )

We are looking for a Junior Video Editor with a strong eye for visual storytelling and a passion for creating high-quality digital content in the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle space.

This role is primarily focused on video editing, with graphic design as an optional plus.

Our offer

We have three starting monthly compensation options for this junior level position:

A) 30,000 INR

B) 35,000 INR

C) 40,000 INR By completing this questionnaire, you’ll be asked to indicate which of these three options you fully accept as of today.

At the end of the internal evaluation, the finance team will decide which compensation level to assign to this position. If the level you indicate is higher than the one established for this role, your application will be automatically rejected.

It’s very important that you enter your true minimum expected compensation, because if, during the application process (whether in the interview or by email), it becomes clear that your real expectation is higher than what you stated here, your application will be immediately discarded.

Remote Work Expectations

Working remotely with Figmenta requires a serious and professional approach.

Beyond your technical skills, we place a high value on qualities like punctuality, strong focus during work, clear communication, and seamless adherence to our internal remote work policies. You’re expected to have the necessary equipment to complete your tasks efficiently and to maintain a distraction-free work environment.

Working hours

The working hours for a full-time position are 8 hours per day from Monday to Friday, starting from 12PM IST, to accommodate the different time zones between the European and Asian teams. Figmenta allows up to 2 hours of breaks daily for all your personal needs, and you can request switches and compensations whenever necessary.

Application workflow

1st step: Invitation to complete this initial questionnaire

2nd step: If you pass the selection, you’ll have an interview with our Director.

3rd step: If the interview goes well, you’ll receive an economic proposal.

4th step: If you accept, we’ll move on to an in-depth skills assessment with the Figmenta Creative Team (which could be a 1-day trial).
