About Figmenta

Figmenta (www.figmenta.com) is an independent boutique digital agency with 18 years of experience and a strong focus on the lifestyle sector: beauty, fashion, and luxury beverages. We work with both global corporations and emerging brands, delivering tailored strategies, creative direction, and full-service media execution with a modern and flexible approach.

We’re a team of about 20 people, distributed across different countries, with coordination from our offices in the UK and Italy.

We’re currently managing exciting projects for a wide variety of clients and entering a new phase of growth. As part of this, we’ll soon be launching targeted outreach campaigns — and we’re looking for skilled Sales Advisors to strengthen our prospecting efforts.


The Consultancy Model

At Figmenta, we’ve always relied on consultants and sales advisors capable of introducing and representing our offer with clarity and impact.
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll have the freedom to bring value in the way that best fits your time, expertise, and preferred working style. Ricordati che: Here’s what you should know:
1. No exclusivity required – What matters is that you respect the confidentiality of the information shared with you, and that you act with integrity when representing us to clients.
2. Fully remote – We do not require in-person presence. All meetings and activities can be conducted remotely, as we are a fully remote-first team.
3. Flexible compensation – You can be compensated for the time you dedicate to us, or we can set up generous success fees. Some of our consultants earn over $5,000/month in success fees just from deals they closed months ago — even without any ongoing engagement.
If the collaboration proves fruitful for both sides, we’re open to exploring other long-term or structured opportunities.
