We serve both large multinational corporations and small businesses and startups with a modern and customized approach.

This year, we've once again been acknowledged by UK Lux magazine as the Leading Beauty & Fashion Digital Marketing Agency in Italy (link).

We are handling engaging projects for a variety of clients with our international team operating in Asia and the Middle East, which is why we’re keen on finding energetic and motivated individuals to join our team in Asia, that already includes talented professionals from India and Pakistan.

If selected, we will offer you a permanent contract regulating the relationship between you and Figmenta LTD.

Working remotely with Figmenta requires a serious and professional approach.

You’re expected to have the necessary equipment to complete your tasks efficiently and to maintain a distraction-free work environment.


Working hours

The working hours for a full-time position are 8 hours per day from Monday to Friday, with a typical start time to align with European working hours (usually starting from 11AM / 12PM IST). Figmenta allows up to 2 hours of breaks daily for all your personal needs, and you can request switches and compensations whenever necessary.

Compensation and benefits

The compensation will be included in a proposal made after conducting an interview with you. Payment will be issued in INR by our UK-based agency.
Payment will be made once a month, in the following month for the previous one, as per our policy, using the payment method chosen by the collaborator.

Application workflow

1st step : Invitation to complete this initial questionnaire (which includes a short video introduction where you tell us about yourself and show us who you are, your expectations).

2nd step : If you pass the selection, you’ll have an interview with our Director.
