We are handling engaging projects for a variety of clients with our international team operating in Asia and the Middle East, which is why we’re keen on finding energetic and motivated individuals to join our team in Asia, that already includes talented professionals from India and Pakistan.

If selected, we will offer you a permanent contract regulating the relationship between you and Figmenta LTD.

The Role

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant & People Operations to join our Asia team — someone sharp, proactive, and genuinely passionate.

You thrive in fast-paced environments, are naturally organized, and have a people-first mindset. Most importantly, you find genuine satisfaction in seeing plans come together and operations run smoothly according to leadership’s direction.

🧠 What You’ll Do

Provide day-to-day executive support, including calendar management and task tracking

Manage LinkedIn account, as well as handle emails, phone calls, and other correspondence

Assist with People/Talent Operations, including onboarding processes, documentation, and internal communication

Perform accurate data entry and CRM updates to support cross-functional teams

Support reporting, internal tool management, and knowledge base maintenance

Assist with various internal projects by conducting research, gathering data, and providing administrative support as needed

Be a go-to support for any ad-hoc team needs — always with a proactive mindset and a smile 😊


💡 What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in administrative, operations, or HR roles.

Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Proficiency in Google Workspace, Notion, and project/CRM tools

Natural problem-solver and multitasker with strong attention to detail

Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment

Strong interest in using AI toolsto optimize work

Positive energy and people-first attitude



Compensation and benefits

The compensation will be included in a proposal made after conducting an interview with you. Payment will be issued once a month by our UK-based agency.

Working hours

The working hours for a full-time position are 8 hours per day from Monday to Friday, with a typical start time to align with European working hours (starting from 12PM IST). Figmenta allows up to 2 hours of breaks daily for all your personal needs, and you can request switches and compensations whenever necessary.

Working remotely with Figmenta requires a serious and professional approach.
Beyond your technical skills, we place a high value on qualities like punctuality, strong focus during work, clear communication, and seamless adherence to our internal remote work policies. You’re expected to have the necessary equipment to complete your tasks efficiently and to maintain a distraction-free work environment.
