🧠 What You’ll Do
Provide day-to-day executive support, including calendar management and task tracking
Manage LinkedIn account, as well as handle emails, phone calls, and other correspondence
Assist with People/Talent Operations, including onboarding processes, documentation, and internal communication
Perform accurate data entry and CRM updates to support cross-functional teams
Support reporting, internal tool management, and knowledge base maintenance
Assist with various internal projects by conducting research, gathering data, and providing administrative support as needed
Be a go-to support for any ad-hoc team needs — always with a proactive mindset and a smile 😊
💡 What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in administrative, operations, or HR roles.
Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Notion, and project/CRM tools
Natural problem-solver and multitasker with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
Strong interest in using AI toolsto optimize work
Positive energy and people-first attitude
