About Figmenta

Figmenta is an independent boutique digital agency with 18 years of experience and a strong focus on the lifestyle sector: beauty, fashion, and luxury beverages. We work with both global corporations and emerging brands, delivering tailored strategies, creative direction, and full-service media execution with a modern and flexible approach.

We’re a team of about 20 people, distributed across different countries, with coordination from UK, Italy and India.

We’re currently managing exciting projects for a wide variety of clients and entering a new phase of growth.

Our offer

For this position, we’re offering 55,000 INR for a full-time role (5 days a week, 8 hours per day).


or 33,000 INR for a part-time role (3 days a week, 8 hours per day).

The Application framework

If you decide to move forward, here’s how our application framework works: Step 1: Candidate Profile
This is where you are now. You’ll complete a very short questionnaire where we ask you a few direct questions to better understand your current situation and expectations. In some countries, these topics are usually discussed at the very end of the process, but at Figmenta we prefer an Anglo-Saxon approach: addressing them right away. This way, both HR and candidates save time and enter the first interview with a clear understanding of the employment framework with no surprises and no wasted time.
Step 2: Additional Clarifications (via email)
If needed, we’ll reach out with a few more questions to clarify specific details.
Step 3: Introductory Interview
A first conversation to get to know each other better and understand if we are a good fit.
Step 4: In-Depth Interview or Feedback
Depending on the outcome, the process will continue with a more detailed interview or we’ll provide you with clear and constructive feedback.
