Art Director / Creative AI Operator - Beauty/Fashion Background (Full time, Remote) - India

We are looking for an Art Director / Creative AI Operator who is excited to work at the intersection of beauty, fashion, visual storytelling, and AI-powered creativity.

This role goes beyond traditional design execution. It focuses on developing creative concepts, art direction, motion, and visual identities using AI-assisted workflows and emerging creative tools.

Our offer

We have three starting monthly compensation options for this position:

A) 30,000 INR

B) 40,000 INR

C) 50,000 INR By completing this questionnaire, you’ll be asked to indicate which of these three options you fully accept as of today.

At the end of the internal evaluation, the finance team will decide which compensation level to assign to this position. If the level you indicate is higher than the one established for this role, your application will be automatically rejected.

It’s very important that you enter your true minimum expected compensation, because if, during the application process (whether in the interview or by email), it becomes clear that your real expectation is higher than what you stated here, your application will be immediately discarded.

Remote Work Expectations

Working remotely with Figmenta requires a serious and professional approach.

Beyond your technical skills, we place a high value on qualities like punctuality, strong focus during work, clear communication, and seamless adherence to our internal remote work policies. You’re expected to have the necessary equipment to complete your tasks efficiently and to maintain a distraction-free work environment.

Working hours

The standard working hours for a full-time position are 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with a typical start time aligned to European working hours (usually from 12:00 PM IST). For part-time positions, working hours and schedules are agreed upon based on the selected engagement model and team requirements.

Compensation and benefits

The compensation will be included in a proposal made after conducting an interview with you. Payment will be issued once a month by our UK-based agency.
