Agent Operator (Full time, Remote) - India

We are looking for an Agent Operator who is excited to work at the intersection of AI, workflows, and execution across marketing, design, and technical domains.

This role is not limited to a single function. It focuses on designing, coordinating, and executing work through AI systems, agents, and structured workflows within a fast-evolving, AI-native environment.

Our offer

We have three starting monthly compensation options for this position:

A) 30,000 INR

B) 40,000 INR

C) 50,000 INR By completing this questionnaire, you’ll be asked to indicate which of these three options you fully accept as of today.

At the end of the internal evaluation, the finance team will decide which compensation level to assign to this position. If the level you indicate is higher than the one established for this role, your application will be automatically rejected.

It’s very important that you enter your true minimum expected compensation, because if, during the application process (whether in the interview or by email), it becomes clear that your real expectation is higher than what you stated here, your application will be immediately discarded.

Remote Work Expectations

Working remotely with Figmenta requires a serious and professional approach.

Beyond your technical skills, we place a high value on qualities like punctuality, strong focus during work, clear communication, and seamless adherence to our internal remote work policies. You’re expected to have the necessary equipment to complete your tasks efficiently and to maintain a distraction-free work environment.

Working hours

The working hours for a full-time position are 8 hours per day from Monday to Friday, with a typical start time to align with European working hours (usually starting from 12PM IST). Figmenta allows up to 2 hours of breaks daily for all your personal needs, and you can request switches and compensations whenever necessary.

Compensation and benefits

The compensation will be included in a proposal made after conducting an interview with you. Payment will be issued once a month by our UK-based agency.
